New returns policy
We have extended the return time to 6 weeks for a full refund from the time you receive your order, however, as time goes on we will review this depending on any new Government legislation that may mean this time period has to be extended.
As soon as you receive your order, should the item be damaged, you must contact us as soon as you can so we can help you out.
Any worn shoes than you deem to be faulty must be returned within six weeks of purchase, or during the current times as you cannot visit us in the store, please get in contact with us via phone, Facebook or e-mail. An individual assessment will be made as to whether a repair, exchange, credit note or quality check will be required. No refund will be given on worn items. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, some of these options (quality check mainly) listed above will likely take a longer period of time to get a result because of closures and companies being unable to work.
Any shoes returned (or brought to our attention) after six weeks will be deemed as natural wear and tear, and no refund will be given.
We will try our very best to achieve a happy outcome to any returns, however, all things considered, we must remember that children do not always give shoes the respect they deserve!
